Project Mission

	ü	Migrate existing datacenter which exists in Kawagoe to the new regional datacenter in Singapore
	ü	Migrate the existing network infrastructure of about 100 sites throughout Japan from the existing Hitachi network to the MP Global Network provider; BT

Project Tasks

	ü	Create an updated inventory list of all existing servers
	ü	Create a topological relationship diagram between all application
	ü	Create a network diagram of the existing network in MPJ
	ü	Migrate the existing network to the global MP network provider
	ü	Prioritizing on the application migration
	ü	Setting guidelines for acceptance on application availability on the new network
	ü	Testing the response time of the application thru the new network

Project Challenges:

	ü	Communications between 3 continents and overcoming cultural differences of US Culture and Singapore Culture and Japan Culture
