  After ORBOTECH has purchased a company in Japan in order to add to it capabilities in terms R&D and Products, they needed to have that company consolidated into the enterprise network.
   
 Project Tasks:
   
 ü   Introduce a new network into the new company
 ü   Introduce a Novell server and have all clients connect to the Novell Network
 ü   Introduce an Exchange Server and migrate from an existing Unix Server to the Exchange Server
 ü   Introduce customer support application in the new company
 ü   Migrate all communication to go thru the corporate network
   
 Project Challenges:
   
 ü   Introducing a corporate style of IT Services to a site which had no corporate life before.
 ü   Introducing a Windows and Novell network to an all UNIX network
 ü   Overcoming internal rejection in the new site for the new corporate environment.
