Project Mission

	ü	Redesign 2 separate existing backup solutions, one in Citibank and the other in Nikko and to merge them into one backup solution all base on Symantec Enterprise Products
	ü	Migrate the existing backup infrastructures in both Citibank and Nikko into one backup infrastructure without losing data integrity and of about 100 sites throughout Japan.

Project Tasks

	ü	Create an updated inventory list of all existing servers
	ü	Create a topological relationship diagram between all application
	ü	Create a network diagram of the existing network
	ü	Prioritizing on the application migration
	ü	Setting guidelines for acceptance on application availability on the new network
	ü	Testing the response time of the application thru the new network

Project Challenges:

	ü	Communications between 2 separate IT Departments in Citibank and Nikko.
	ü	Securing internal resources to commit to the project schedule
	ü	Cross-continent involvement and overcoming cultural differences of US Culture, Singapore Culture and Japan Culture
