 ü   Build a professional project team to develop and deploy a JOB Portal in both English and Japanese.
 ü   The Job Portal will target bilingual professional in Japan and will target to expand to Asia pacific by utilizing web technology application.
 ü   The English version will be on www.ejobsite.jp
 ü   The Japanese version will be on www.mymatch.jp
   
Project tasks:
   
 ü   Localize the Software from English to Japanese.
 ü   Design and Create 2 websites based on a content management system.
 ü   Single database to support both sites.
 ü   SEO Optimization with YAHOO and GOOGLE, both in English and Japanese.
 ü   Upload an existing database of 20,000 jobseekers into the new database
   
Project Challenges:
   
 ü   Working with an international team of developers (from India) and concept design (from Japan).
 ü   Indentifying the unique needs of the local Japanese job market for bilingual professionals.
