Project Title:

	Define and Design a Server Room for G1

Project Duration:

	2 Months

Project Budget:

	About 30,000 USD

Project Mission

	ü	Redesign the existing server structure and concept
	ü	Introduce a backup system that will answer all continuity needs
	ü	Introduce a UPS design that would be managed remotely and alert in case of an emergency

Project Tasks

	ü	Create an updated inventory list of all existing servers
	ü	Create a topological relationship diagram between all application
	ü	Create a network diagram of the existing network in G1
	ü	Migrate the existing network to the global MP network provider
	ü	Prioritizing on the application migration
	ü	Testing the response time of the application thru the new network

Project Challenges:

	ü	Working with the house management and fire-department to insure the server room will comply to all safety regulation
	ü	Working with the Singapore HQ to insure compatibility to the enterprise needs
	ü	Minimizing server down-time
