	ü	Relocate Tokyo office on the week end and having everything work perfectly on a Monday morning
	ü	Redesign Osaka Office, sizing down to 1 floor instead of 2, and having everything work perfectly on a Monday morning

	Project Challenges:

		Working on 2 sites at the same time; sites were located in Tokyo, and Osaka
